High-strength waterproof and anticorrosive surface layer

HZ06 polyurea topcoat belongs to the aspartic polyurea elastomer coating, made of polyaspartic ester resin, nano-functional materials, and ultra-fine pigments and fillers. The coating film has good waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties, while also possessing a certain degree of strength and flexibility.

Main Features

After film formation, it has strong adhesion and bonds well with various substrate surfaces.

It has good weather resistance and yellowing resistance, suitable for long-term exposed use.

Solvent-free formula with strong sealing properties, suitable for scenarios requiring high waterproofing.

Two application methods are available: trowel application or roller application.

Applicable Scenarios:

- Foundations requiring long-lasting waterproofing, such as swimming pools, rooftops, and bathrooms

- Indoor and outdoor cement foundations (to be used with a specialized primer)

- Waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment for tile, marble floors, and metal substrates

Construction Notes

The foundation must be kept dry and clean,

avoiding moisture or standing water; 

both the primer and the topcoat are two-component materials and should be thoroughly mixed before use; 

during construction, avoid rainy weather, and take protective measures before the topcoat is cured.
