Water-based hot laminating adhesive

Water-based hot laminating adhesive has fast start-up speed, good leveling, strong initial adhesion, high peel strength, and long-term continuous lamination without foam. Very suitable for heating lamination of paper and BOPP film. Lamination using this glue has high brightness and strong adhesion.

Water-basedhot laminating adhesive process and precautions

1. The laminating method is dry laminating, that is, the laminating machine must use a dry laminating machine with a drying tunnel and a heating laminating roller.

2. The temperature of the drying tunnel is about 60-95℃. The temperature of the composite pressure roller is about 60-80℃, and the composite pressure is about 8-20 kg.

3. It is recommended that under permitted conditions, the glue should be dried until it is 70-90% dry. Under these conditions, the brightness of the composite product will be higher and the vehicle speed will be faster. Under such composite conditions, the temperature of the composite pressure roller should be lowered to below 50°C to prevent large bubbles in the composite product; the pressure should be slightly lowered so that the glue is not squeezed out.

4. When using a process where the glue is completely dried, the higher the temperature of the composite pressure roller, the better without burning the film, and the higher the pressure, the better.
