Waterborne plastic composite adhesive Product Introduction
Waterborne plastic composite adhesive is a multi-component copolymer emulsion of acrylate and polyurethane. This product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, has excellent bonding, does not transfer the aluminized layer of the composite product, is easy to use, can significantly reduce composite costs and shorten the customer's supply cycle.
Suitable for lamination of BOPP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic films with each other and with CPP aluminized film and PET aluminized film.
Precautions for water-based plastic composite glue
After compounding, it can be cut and bagged. It can also be placed in a curing room at 50--60℃ for 4 to 12 hours before cutting.
Composite substrates such as PE, CPP, BOPP, PET, PA and other films require surface treatment. The surface tension of PE, BOPP and CPP must be above 38 dynes, for PET above 50 dynes, and for PA above 52 dynes.
The type and content of film additives have an impact on the bonding strength of the composite film, and must be selected before use. In particular, the content of slip agent in the film is crucial and must be strictly controlled.
This product cannot be mixed with other glues. The screen roller and rubber disk must be cleaned before use, and contact with solvents such as ethyl acetate and toluene must be strictly limited to prevent shrinkage in the glue. You can clean it with isopropyl alcohol first and then clean it with water. If the solvent-based composite glue used above is used, it should be cleaned with ethyl acetate first, then isopropyl alcohol, alcohol, etc., and then rinsed with clean water before adding glue for production.
