Electrostatic flocking glue

Electrostatic flocking glue is a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer emulsion polymerized from a variety of imported functional monomers.

The adhesive film is tough, soft, and has the characteristics of water resistance, wear resistance, light and heat resistance, aging resistance, solvent resistance and other properties. The flocked products feel soft to the touch.

Application scope of electrostatic flocking glue

Electrostatic flocking glue is mainly used for electrostatic flocking of various substrates such as metal, paper, rubber, wood, PVC, PP, etc.

Low surface energy substrates such as PP require pre-coating or flame treatment.

Electrostatic flocking glue usage process

Coating amount: 100-200 g/square meter

Voltage: 50,000 volts

Thermal curing temperature: 110 - 150℃

Time: 2 - 5 minutes

Adhesion and chemical resistance can be improved by adding 3% of hardener N.

After adding the curing agent, it must be used up on the same day.
